It's a demo site copy of the theme. If you would like to get the exact copy of the demo site (recommended). This way you will avoid configuring everything from scratch.
You'll get demo data and one click demo importer.
And/Or you will get the backup of the demo site. Check the description of the product for more details.

Theme/Template Package

WordPress theme or HTML template package.
Use theme/template package instead of quickstart in case you want to configure the site by yourself or have your site live already and need to change design or layout only.

Premium Plugins

Most of premium plugins like Revolution Slider or Visual Composer are included in the product price. Check the description of the product for more details.

PSD Slices and design

PSD slices of background images of the theme/template. Use them if you would like to modify your theme/template image parts. PSD files/slices allows you to make some changes to the product's graphic parts. Check info about your template, if .PSD design is listed in Available sources.
